What are you looking to do with this character?: Tieria's a newb, so he needs to be hassled and dragged out of his shell. Random encounters work best for him at this stage, as he doesn't know anyone, yet, and he might be reluctant to interact with a lot of people unless forced to do it.
What kind of CR would you like?: Anything! :D
Anything Else?: I have an open post for Tieria up. It's located in and around the library and Athena's cabin, but I'm open to forcing him beyond that area into common areas like to get food and other things like that. ^_^
