[He keeps the kiss going for a moment, before realizing that Minako seems to have tensed up. Was he wrong...? Maybe she didn't have as close a relationship with him as he had expected.

Or maybe after learning what he was, she had broken up with him. Maybe she didn't want anything to do with him anymore.

He takes a few steps backward, breaking away from her and hastily putting up his wall again. See? He's still smiling; don't worry about him. It was just silly old Ryoji doing something stupid again, wasn't it?]
